City of York Council has signed the 'skills pledge' to support all employees to develop their skills and work towards relevant NVQs or enter apprenticeships.

By making the 'skills pledge' the council will support employees to gain the skills they need to ensure that all staff are skilled, competent and able to make a full contribution to its success.  City of York Council is branding this exciting development 'skills for you'.
